Ayra Starr has announced the Starrgirl World Tour, a 20-city run across Europe, the UK and North America that opens in Cologne on 20 January 2027 and ends in San Francisco on 14 April. The Nigerian singer announced it on 12 October 2026, the day after she played the halftime show at the NFL International Game in London, and Live Nation is promoting it.

The tour supports Starrgirl, her third studio album, a 16-track record released on 14 August 2026 through Mavin Records and Republic Records. Its guests include ZAYN, Leon Thomas, Wizkid and Rema.

The dates

The European leg covers seven cities in a fortnight. After Live Music Hall in Cologne on 20 January, she plays Melkweg in Amsterdam on 21 January, the Zenith in Paris on 24 January, Fabrique in Milan on 27 January, X-TRA in Zurich on 29 January and Forest National in Brussels on 31 January. The leg ends at the O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire in London on 2 February, her only UK date.

The North American leg opens in Houston on 18 March 2027 and continues through Dallas, Atlanta, Silver Spring, Boston, Philadelphia and Brooklyn. It then crosses into Canada for Toronto and Montreal before Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver and the final show in San Francisco on 14 April.

An African leg is planned for December 2026, with Nigeria confirmed and other cities still being finalised, according to Legit.ng. Announcing the tour on Instagram, she wrote:

Africa, I'll see y'all in December.

Tickets and the halftime show

Capital XTRA reported an artist presale for fans who signed up at 10am on 14 October 2026, with general sale at 10am on 16 October.

The announcement followed her halftime performance on 11 October at the game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Jacksonville Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Hypebot described her as the first Afrobeats artist to headline an NFL International Game halftime show, and its touring column of 14 October pointed to the order of events: a stadium and broadcast audience one day, and somewhere for new listeners to go the next.

Live Nation says Starrgirl debuted at number two on Spotify's Global Top Albums chart.

What it means for acts

A one-off appearance in front of a large new audience does most for ticket sales when the tour is ready to announce straight afterwards, as this one was the next day. A presale for fans who registered, two days before general sale, rewards the most committed buyers and shows the promoter where demand is. Holding a later leg back for its own announcement, as with the African dates here, keeps a second news moment in reserve.
